Ms. King has been Chairman of the Board since February 2025. She first joined the Board in 2014 and served as Lead Independent Director from 2019 to February 2025. She served as Executive Chairman of QLogic Corporation (a publicly traded developer of high-performance server and storage networking connectivity products) from August 2015 until August 2016, when it was acquired by Cavium, Inc.
