Ken Bowles Age: 54 EVP & Group CFO and Director Nationality: Irish Director Since: 2023 Background Mr. Bowles has served as the Executive Vice President & Group Chief Financial Officer since 2024 and director since 2023 which is in line with market practice in Ireland. He joined a predecessor of Smurfit Kappa, one of our wholly-owned subsidiaries, in 1994 and occupied a number of finance roles in various parts of Smurfit Kappa and its predecessors. He was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer and a director of Smurfit Kappa in 2016, prior to which he was the Group Financial Controller between 2010 and 2016. Previously, he served as Smurfit Kappa Group s Head of Tax from 2007 to 2010, prior to which he was appointed as the Group s first Head of Compliance in 2004.
