Ms. Dill is Director Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors and currently serves on the board of the NACD Tri-Cities Chapter. She is a board member of Rayonier Advanced Materials (RYAM) (NYSE) since 2018 where she is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, as well as a board member of Centuri Holdings (NYSE) since 2024 where she is Chair of the Audit Committee as well as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
