Mr. Olosky has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board since January 2023. From January 2022 to December 2022, Mr. Olosky previously served as our President and Chief Operating Officer, and from November 2020 to January 2022, as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Simpson, Mr. Olosky spent more than 22 years in numerous leadership positions at Henkel, a global chemical and consumer goods company.
