Ms. Li has served as Strategic Advisor of Diversis Capital, LLC, a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies, since 2013. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Huawei Enterprise USA Inc., a company that markets information technology ( IT ) products and solutions to datacenters and enterprises from 2012 to 2015. Previously, Ms. Li also served as General Manager at Huawei Symantec USA, Inc. from 2010 to 2012.
