Kent Kresa has served on the Board since August 2019. Mr. Kresa previously served as the chief executive officer, president and chairman of Northrop Grumman Corporation, an aerospace company, until his retirement in 2003. Mr. Kresa serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Quantum Digital Solutions Corporation and a Director of Systems & Technology Research Corporation, both private for-profit organizations.
