Toni Volpe has served on our Board since March 2021. Since January 2024, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Nadara Ltd., a global renewable energy company formed through the merger of Ventient Energy and Renantis S.p.A., where he previously served as Chief Executive Officer beginning in March 2016. Nadara develops, constructs and manages renewable energy assets, with more than 4 GW of solar and wind projects in operation and an 18 GW development pipeline across Europe and the United States. Prior to Nadara, Mr. Volpe held senior leadership roles at Enel, including as Chief Executive Officer of Enel Green Power North America, where he oversaw portfolio diversification across geothermal, solar, hydro, wind and biomass technologies, and as Chief Executive Officer of Enel Romania, a regulated electricity distribution business. Mr. Volpe graduated magna cum laude in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
