Robert Julian has served on our Board since August 2022. He has more than 30 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles at both public and private companies. He currently serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Xponential Fitness, Inc. From October 2021 until his retirement in January 2024, he served as Chief Financial Officer of The RealReal, Inc., where he also served as Co-Interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2022 to February 2023 and remained a consultant to the company through June 2024. Previously, Mr. Julian served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sportsman s Warehouse from 2019 to 2021 and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Julian currently serves on the board of directors of PROG Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PRG), where he is a member of the audit committee and the nominating, governance and corporate responsibility committee, and Rayton Solar Inc. Mr. Julian holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
