Niharika Taskar Ramdev has served on our Board since 2024. Since November 2022, she has served on the board of directors of Silgan Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SLGN), where she chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation and nominating committees. From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Ramdev served on the board of directors of Kaman Corporation (NYSE: KAMN), including as a member of the audit and finance committees. From 2021 to 2023, she served on the board of directors of Triton International Limited (NYSE: TRTN), where she was a member of the audit committee.
