Jeffery Tolnar has served as President since December 2022 and as Interim Chief Executive Officer from March 15, 2023 to July 17, 2023. He joined the Company in April 2021 as Senior Vice President, Electric Vehicle Solutions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tolnar served as Chief Commercial Officer of Greenlots, a provider of EV charging solutions acquired by Shell plc (NYSE: SHEL), from 2017 to 2021.
