Robert Lynch has served as Shake Shack's Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors since May of 2024. Prior to Shake Shack, Mr. Lynch served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Papa John's International, Inc. since August 2019. Prior to joining Papa John's, Mr. Lynch served in multiple positions within Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., including as President from August 2017 to August 2019 and Brand President and Chief Marketing Officer from September 2013 to August 2017. From 2012 until August 2013, Mr. Lynch served as Vice President of Marketing at Taco Bell. Mr. Lynch also held senior roles at H.J. Heinz Company and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Lynch currently serves on the board of directors at Kontoor Brands, Inc. (NYSE: KTB). Mr. Lynch is a graduate of the University of Rochester, where he obtained his BA and MBA.
