Mr. Gurley has served on our Board since August 2013. Mr. Gurley serves as a general partner of Benchmark Capital, a venture capital firm, which he joined in 1999. Previously, he served as a partner of Hummer Windblad Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, a research analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston, an investment bank, and a design engineer at Compaq Computer Corporation, a manufacturer of computers and related components. Mr. Gurley holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas. We believe Mr. Gurley is qualified to serve as a member of our Board due to his extensive experience with technology companies, including his experience as a member of the boards of directors of public technology companies and as a venture capitalist investing in technology companies.
