Mr. Wurster is CEO of the company. He has served as CEO and a member of the board since January 2025 and as President of the company since 2021. Mr. Wurster previously served as President and director of CS&Co from 2021 to 2024, Executive Vice President and Head of Schwab Asset Management Services in 2021 and Head of Schwab Asset Management Solutions from 2019 to 2021.
