Daniel C. Keith has served as a Director since May 2001. Mr. Keith is the president and founder of the Cavanaugh Group, Inc., a South Carolina-based investment advisory firm founded in October 1995. Prior to establishing the Cavanaugh Group, Inc., Mr. Keith was vice president, senior portfolio manager, and director of the investment management division of a local financial services company since 1985. During this time, he served as chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee and was a member of the board of directors. Mr. Keith has been advising clients since 1979. He serves as a member of the board of trustees of The High Rock Foundation. Based on Mr. Keith s extensive skills in finance, management, and investment matters, the Board believes Mr. Keith has acquired the experience, qualifications, attributes, and skills necessary to act in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders, and thus, the Board has concluded that Mr. Keith should continue to serve as a director for the Company.
