Ms. Bowen is an experienced executive with over thirty years of leadership experience at large multinational telecommunications and technology companies. From 2016 through 2018, Ms. Bowen served as Chief Executive Officer of Telecom Italia Sparkle in the Americas, a subsidiary of the international wholesale arm of Telecom Italia. From 2013 through 2015, she served as CEO, Business Solutions for Cable & Wireless Communications plc. She previously held senior positions at Tata Communications, BT Group plc and IBM.
