Select Qualifications and Skills: Leadership and Executive Management Experience: Served as President of CGI, one of the largest independent information technology firms in North America, from May 2004 until her retirement at the end of 2011. Ms. Morea also served as a Board Director for CGI from February 2012 to May 2013. Ms. Morea currently serves on the Board of Directors of Truist (NYSE:TFC) and is an Operating Executive of The Carlyle Group, where she focuses on technology and business services. Ms. Morea is also a member of the Advisory Board of Blue Delta Capital Partners. Industry Knowledge and Experience: Information and Technology Expertise: Over 40 years of experience; nationally recognized executive in IT software and professional services; and led CGI s IT and business process services in the U.S., EMEA and Asia Pacific for large enterprises in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and government. Director Experience: Ms. Morea served as a member of the Board of Directors of SunTrust Banks, Inc. from 2012 until December 2019 and Truist Financial Corp. since December 2019.
