Stephen Renna has served as a director of the company since November 1, 2022. Stephen Renna is Principal of Federal Agency Finance Advisors, LLC since February 2025. The firm provides advisory services to companies seeking loans from various federal agencies. Prior to this he was a senior managing director with Ankura Consulting Group s Global Strategic Advisory practice, a position he held since May 2021. Prior to joining Ankura, Mr. Renna served as the chief banking officer of the U.S. Export-Import Bank ( EXIM ), the official export credit agency of the United States.
