Director since 2005 70 Background: Mr. Holland has been president of Holland Company, Inc., a diversified sand, stone and trucking company in Decatur, Alabama, since 1980. He is also the chairman and CEO of Alliance Sand and Aggregates, LLC and the owner of Miracle Mountain Ranch LLC. Mr. Holland joined the Renasant board upon the completion of our acquisition of Heritage Financial Holding Corporation in 2005.
