Age 63 Director since January, 2010 Mr. Rosenthal is currently Chief Operating Officer of The Granite Group Wholesalers LLC and has been in this role since 2022. He served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2021. He was the Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Advisors for Kensington Investment Corporation from 2017 to 2018. Before that, Mr. Rosenthal was the President of Performance Sports Group Ltd. (formerly Bauer Performance Sports Ltd.) from 2015 to 2016.
