Margaret Smyth, 62, has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2021. Ms. Smyth has served on the board of directors of Etsy, Inc., an e-commerce website, since June 2016, and previously served on the board of directors of Frontier Communications, a telecommunications company, from June 2021 to January 2026. She also currently serves on the boards of several privately held companies. Ms. Smyth served as the U.S. Chief Financial Officer of National Grid plc, a multinational energy company, from October 2014 to June 2021. Prior to that, Ms. Smyth was Vice President of Finance at ConEdison, Inc., an energy company, from August 2012 through September 2014. Earlier in her career, Ms. Smyth served as a Senior Managing Partner at Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Smyth also served on the board of directors of Vonage Holdings Corp., a cloud-based communications provider, from September 2012 to June 2016. Ms. Smyth holds an M.S. in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University. Ms. Smyth is also experienced in advancing sustainability accounting practices and is a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board FSA Credential Holder. We believe that Ms. Smyth is qualified to serve on our board of directors because of her deep experience in public company finance, accounting, and strategic planning and her significant international experience and leadership through her service as an executive and director of global public companies.
