Habiger served as Chief Executive Officer of Textura Corporation through its sale to Oracle in June of 2016 and served as the Chief Executive Officer of NDS through its sale to Cisco in July 2012. Mr. Habiger is a director on the Chicago Federal Reserve Board where he serves on the SABOR (Systems Activities, Bank Operations and Risk) Committee. He is also a director of several public and private boards, including Boston Scientific Corporation, a medical device company, EnerSys, a global industrial battery manufacturing company, and Xperi Inc., a consumer and entertainment licensing company, and is a member of the board of trustees at Rush University Medical Center. Mr. Habiger received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
