Dr. Kao has served as a member of the Board since 2015 and as Chairman of the Board from May 2021 to May 2024. Dr. Kao had a long and distinguished career at Philip Morris, USA in the research and development department. Since his early retirement in 1998, Dr. Kao has been a successful investor in many companies. His experience includes Board Chairman and Board Member of various non-profit organizations. Dr. Kao holds a B.A. from National Taiwan University, an M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Ph.D. from Miami University.
