Jay Hoag has served as a member of our Board since August 2018 and as Chairperson of the Board since May 2024. Mr. Hoag is a co-founder and General Partner of TCV where he has served since June 1995. Mr. Hoag currently serves on the board of directors of Zillow Group, Inc., Netflix Inc. and Grow Care, Inc. (d/b/a Grow Therapy). Mr. Hoag also previously served on the board of directors of various companies, including TripAdvisor, Inc. until June 2025, TCV Acquisition Corp. until March 2023, Vice Holding, Inc. until December 2022, Prodege until December 2021, and Electronic Arts Inc. until August 2021. Mr. Hoag serves on the Investment Advisory Committee at the University of Michigan, the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, and is a Trustee Emeritus at Vanderbilt University. We believe Mr. Hoag is qualified to serve on our Board because of his extensive experience working with the management teams of, and investing in, a number of privately and publicly held companies.
