Bruce D. Angiolillo, J.D. (Age 72) has served as a director of ProAssurance since May 2016 and was elected Chairman of the Board in May 2022. He is a retired partner of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, New York, New York. Mr. Angiolillo joined Simpson Thacher in 1980 and developed a practice in the areas of securities and other complex commercial litigation from which he retired on December 31, 2014.
