Mr. Kelsey has served as Chief Executive Officer of Plexus since 2016 and served as President from 2016 to 2022 and from 2024 to present. He was previously Plexus Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2013 until 2016 and its Executive Vice President Global Customer Services prior thereto. Mr. Kelsey joined Plexus in 1994 as a Design Engineer in the Company s Engineering Solutions Group, and has held various other positions with increasing responsibility since that time, including Senior Vice President Global Customer Services and Senior Vice President Engineering Solutions. He was also a director of Steelcase Inc., a global provider of workplace products, furnishings and services, as well as the chair of its Audit Committee, until December 2025. Mr. Kelsey earned a B.S. and a M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
