Ms. Actis-Grande has significant financial experience having served as chief financial officer of two large public companies. Her background also includes progressively senior roles within the finance function of a large public multi-national manufacturer. At Sealed Air, Ms. Actis-Grande is responsible for all finance-related functions as well as mergers and acquisitions, enterprise transformation, and procurement. Prior to joining Sealed Air in 2025, Ms. Actis-Grande served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. (NYSE: MSM), a leading North American distributor of a broad range of metalworking and maintenance repair and operations (MRO) products and services. At MSC, in addition to the leadership of all finance related functions, Ms. Actis-Grande was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.
