Mr. Nicholas has been a director of Peoples Financial Services Corp. and Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company since 2013 in connection with the consummation of our merger with Penseco Financial Services Corporation in November 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Nicholas served as a director of Penseco Financial Services Corporation and Penn Security Bank and Trust Company from 1981 through 2013. Mr. Nicholas served as the President of D.G. Nicholas Co., a wholesale auto parts company located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, from 1990 until 2022.
