Before joining Office Depot, Ms. Carter-Miller was Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Motorola, Inc. with overall responsibility for marketing across the company s $30 billion revenue base and a mix of businesses. She also had general management responsibility for Motorola s network operations in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ms. Carter-Miller serves on the Board of Directors of nonprofit organizations, including The National Association of Corporate Directors.
