Co-owner of WMSALL Farms, her family s farming operation in Wilmington, Ohio, since 1999. Teacher at the Columbus School for Girls in Columbus, Ohio, from 2001 to 2005. Ms. James was a member of the Board of Directors of NB&T from 2005 until March 6, 2015, when NB&T merged into Peoples. During that time, she served on NB&T s Audit Committee. Ms. James was one of the two former NB&T directors selected by Peoples to join the Board as required by the merger agreement between Peoples and NB&T.
