Mark R. Newcomer, Chief Executive Officer, President, Chairman, and Director . Mr. Newcomer serves as our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, and has served in this capacity and as a director since March 2006. From February 2001 to present, Mr. Newcomer continues to serve as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 3PEA Technologies, Inc., a payment solutions company he co-founded in 2001. Mr. Newcomer continues to be a driving force in guiding the Company s growth through technology investments, acquisitions, new product lines, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Newcomer attended Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo where he majored in Bio-Science. We believe Mr. Newcomer is qualified to serve as our Chairman and as a director based on his extensive experience in the payments industry and the perspective and experience he brings to the Board as our founder and Chief Executive Officer, which adds historical knowledge, operational expertise, and continuity to the Board.
