Age: 58 Director Since: 2017 Mr. Marshall has served as a director of Payoneer since 2017. In addition to his role on Payoneer s Board, he currently serves on the boards of directors of Spotify (NYSE: SPOT) (where he serves as lead independent director) and Nerdy (NYSE: NRDY), both of which he joined in 2015, and as a director in a number of private companies. Since 2008, Mr. Marshall has served as a general partner of TCV, a private equity firm.
