Lee Klarich has served as our Chief Product and Technology Officer and a member of our Board since August 2025. Since early product inception in 2006, Lee Klarich has served as the head of product management at Palo Alto Networks, overseeing the product strategy and roadmap and playing a key role in delivering our Next-Generation Security Platform. In August 2025, he became Chief Product and Technology Officer with responsibility for driving our technology vision and leading both the engineering and product organizations. Prior to that appointment, he served as our Chief Product Officer since August 2017, as our Executive Vice President of Product Management from November 2015 to August 2017, as our Senior Vice President, Product Management from November 2012 to November 2015, and as our Vice President, Product Management from May 2006 to November 2012 Prior to Palo Alto Networks, he was the director of product management for Juniper Networks, where he was responsible for firewall/VPN platforms and software. He joined Juniper Networks through the NetScreen Technologies acquisition, where he managed the same product line. Previously, he held various positions at Excite@Home and Packard Bell-NEC. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University.
