During his 23-year career at EY, Mr. Hoogendoorn held several leadership roles in the firm including the regional automotive sector, geographic markets and as an office managing partner, each with strategy, operations, P&L and talent management responsibility while also serving as the lead audit partner on several multi-national publicly traded companies and family-owned businesses.
