Mr. Lyons served for over 30 years with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, most recently as a National Bank Examiner, before his retirement in December 2019. We consider Mr. Lyons to be a qualified candidate for service on the board and the Audit Committee, the Executive Committee, the Loan Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as Chair of the Risk and Insurance Committee due to his extensive bank regulatory and bank supervision experience with the bank s primary federal regulator.
