Until his retirement in 2024, Mr. Kennedy served as a senior client partner with Korn Ferry, the global organizational consulting firm, where he was a member of that firm's global financial services market and a leader with Korn Ferry's Diversity Center of Expertise. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he served in senior positions at several financial services firms, including GE Capital, Wachovia and J.P. Morgan & Co.
