Mr. Rainbolt is Chairman of BancFirst Corporation, a financial holding company which provides retail and commercial banking services through its principal wholly-owned subsidiary banks, BancFirst headquartered in Oklahoma City, Pegasus Bank in Dallas, Texas and Worthington Bank in Fort Worth, Texas. He previously served as the Executive Chairman of BancFirst Corporation from May 2017 to January 2025 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from January 1992 to May 2017.
