Ms. Nimocks was a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, from June 1999 to July 2010, and was with the firm in various capacities since 1989, including as a leader of the firm s Global Organization, Risk Management, and Oil and Gas Electric Power and Renewables practices. Ms. Nimocks served on several of the firm s worldwide personnel committees and formerly served as the Houston Office Managing Partner.
