Priya Cherian Huskins currently serves as a Senior Vice President and National Director of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. ( Gallagher ), a commercial insurance brokerage firm, Gallagher having acquired Woodruff Sawyer & Co. ( Woodruff Sawyer ) in 2025. Ms. Huskins had served in various positions at Woodruff Sawyer since 2003, including as a Partner and Senior Vice President. She had served on the board of directors of Woodruff Sawyer from 2016 through the time of its acquisition, including as the Presiding Director beginning in 2023. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Ms. Huskins served as a corporate and securities attorney at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 1997 to 2003. She has served on the advisory board of the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance since 2012 and on the board of directors of NMI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NMIH) since 2021.
