Julie Blunden has served on our Board of Directors since January 2024. Ms. Blunden served on the Board of Directors of American Battery Technology Company from February 2022 through March 2024, where she also served as Chair of its Compensation Committee and as a member of its Audit Committee and Governance Committee. Ms. Blunden has also served as an independent director on the Board of Directors of ZincFive, Inc., a privately held company, from February 2022 through September 2025, where she served as Chair of its Compensation Committee. In addition, Ms. Blunden served on the Board of Advisors of Plus Power, LLC, a privately held company, from January 2021 through December 2024, and previously served as its Chief Operating Officer from October 2022 through July 2023.
