Mr. Kearney previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPX FLOW, Inc., a global supplier of highly engineered flow components, process equipment and turn-key solutions for the power and energy, food and beverage and industrial end markets, from January 2016 until May 2017 and as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPX FLOW from October 2015 through December 2015. Prior to the spinoff of SPX FLOW from SPX Corporation, a global multi-industry manufacturer, Mr. Kearney served as Chairman of SPX Corporation from 2007 through September 2015, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of SPX Corporation from 2004 through September 2015.
