Ms. McCreary is a seasoned executive with extensive knowledge of the financial services and technology industries, including legal, enterprise risk management and governance. Until January 1, 2025, she advised the Sportradar CEO and Board of Directors after shepherding the company through its initial public offering, then serving as the Company s Chief Legal Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary for this multinational company that aggregates and analyzes sports data and provides services to constituents in the sports world. Prior to joining Sportradar in June 2021, Ms. McCreary served as the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and a member of the executive committee of Fiserv, Inc., a Fortune 500 global leader in payment and fintech.
