He previously served as CEO of Unisys Corporation from January 2015 to April 2025. Mr. Altabef also served as president from January 2015 through March 2020 and from November 2021 to May 2022. Prior to joining Unisys Corporation, he served as president and CEO of MICROS Systems, Inc., a provider of integrated software and hardware solutions to the hospitality and retail industries, from 2013 to 2014, when it was acquired by Oracle Corporation. Before that, he served as president and CEO of Perot Systems Corporation from 2004 to 2009, when it was acquired by Dell Inc. Following the acquisition, Mr. Altabef served as president of Dell Services, the information technology services and business process solutions unit of Dell Inc., until his departure in 2011. Outside Board and Other Experience: Mr. Altabef is chair of the board of directors of Unisys Corporation. He is also a member of the President s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development (CED), a member of the advisory board of Merit Energy Company, LLC and of the board of directors of Petrus Trust Company, LTA.
