Ms. Colden joined NHI as a director in June 2022. Ms. Colden most recently served as general counsel, executive vice president and corporate secretary of Playa Hotels & Resorts N. V., a former publicly traded company (NASDAQ: PLYA). Ms. Colden has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and lodging industry.
