Bruce R. Brook, 70, retired from WMC Resources Limited in 2005 where he was Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brook also held key executive roles including Deputy Chief Finance Officer of ANZ Banking Group Limited, Group Chief Accountant of Pacific Dunlop Limited and General Manager, Group Accounting positions at CRA Limited and Pasminco Limited. Mr. Brook has developed deep knowledge in connection with oversight of carbon reduction programs (including assessment and development of climate metrics, targets, strategies, and reports), quality and regulatory matters, and cyber security (including defense programs and assessments of cyber-related controls).
