He served as president of NextEra Energy s nuclear division from 2009 to 2010, as senior vice president and chief nuclear officer from 2001 to 2009, as vice president, nuclear engineering from 2000 to 2001 and vice president of NextEra Energy s St. Lucie nuclear generating station from 1996 to 2000. Qualifications Mr. Stall has substantial nuclear expertise, operations and engineering experience and leadership experience. He has over 40 years of experience in nuclear generation through his career at both Dominion Energy, Inc. and NextEra Energy. He previously held a senior reactor operator license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and is a previously licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He served as the chair of an independent nuclear safety advisory committee for a publicly-traded electric utility that operates multiple nuclear generating units. He served as a member of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations National Academy of Nuclear Training Accrediting Board from 2008 to 2019. Mr. Stall graduated from the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering. He received his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
