Patrick Pulvermueller has served as a member of our board of directors since December 12, 2025. Mr. Pulvermueller is the founder and managing director of Redsalt GmbH and affiliated companies. Mr. Pulvermueller served as the chief executive officer of Acronis, a global cyber protection company, from July 2021 through October 2023 and in various executive roles at GoDaddy from April 2017 through July 2021. Mr. Pulvermueller holds an MBA from the Open University. Our Board believes that Mr. Pulvermueller's financial, operations and cybersecurity experience qualify him to serve as a director.
