Prior to joining S&C in January 2019, Ms. Richard worked for 15 years at Schneider Electric, holding several executive positions in finance, strategy and human resources and developed expertise in energy management, electrical distribution systems, performance contracting and industrial automation. While there, Ms. Richard led efforts to transform the company culture, and leadership and talent management processes, defining and implementing strategies to attract, coach and develop talent and accelerate innovation. Prior to Schneider Electric, she spent nine years at Ernst & Young, in France and in the United States. Ms. Richard served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University from October 2020 through June 2024, and also served as a board member and chair of the Finance Committee for Lyc e Fran ais de Chicago, a French International School, from June 2018 through 2024. Ms. Richard has an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance, a CPA certification, a Master s degree in Business Administration from EM Lyon Business School in France, and also holds a certification in Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
