Mr. Lashier has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Phillips 66, a leading integrated downstream energy provider, since May 2024. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lashier served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Phillips 66 from July 2022 to May 2024, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Phillips 66 from April 2021 to July 2022. Prior to his roles at Phillips 66, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC ( CPChem ), a joint venture between Phillips 66 and Chevron, from August 2017 to April 2021.
