Mr. Dolan has been Senior Vice President, Player Performance & Science Leader since July 2024. He previously served as Vice President, Strategic Advisor to the Executive Chairman of the Company from January 2024 to June 2024, as Strategic Advisor to the Executive Chairman from July 2023 to December 2023 and as Investment Director from May 2022 to July 2023. Mr. Dolan has served as a director of MSG Entertainment since April 2023 and Sphere Entertainment since April 2020, and previously served as a director of MSG Networks from 2015 to June 2020. Mr. Dolan is a graduate of New York University and has held internship positions at Grubman Shire & Meiselas, P.C. and Azoff MSG Entertainment, LLC. Mr. Dolan is the son of James L. Dolan, the brother of Charles P. Dolan and Ryan T. Dolan, the nephew of Marianne Dolan Weber, Thomas C. Dolan and Brian G. Sweeney, and the cousin of Paul J. Dolan. In light of his familiarity with the Company s business as a member of the third generation of Cablevision s founding family, as well as the knowledge and experience he has gained and the contributions he has made during his tenure as an employee of the Company and as a director of the Company, MSG Entertainment, Sphere Entertainment and MSG Networks, our Board has concluded that Mr. Dolan should serve as a director of the Company.
