Mr. Peltz has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of Trian Fund Management, L.P., a management company for various investment funds and accounts, since its formation in 2005. From 1993 until 2007, Mr. Peltz served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Wendy s Company (formerly known as Triarc Companies, Inc.), which during that time period owned Arby s Restaurant Group, Inc. and Snapple Beverage Group, as well as other consumer and industrial businesses. Mr. Peltz has been Chairman Emeritus of The Wendy s Company s since September 2024 and previously served as its non-executive Chairman from 2007 to September 2024. In addition, Mr. Peltz has served as a director of Unilever PLC since July 2022.
